At Winly, we believe your personal goals, daily wins, and life progress are private. We built Winly with a local-first philosophy to ensure your data stays under your control at all times.
This Privacy Policy explains how Winly handles information when you use our iOS application and website.
2. Information Collection and Storage
Your Goal Data: All goals, sub-goals, daily wins, notes, and completion timestamps created in Winly are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
iCloud Synchronization: If you enable iCloud sync on your device, your app data is synced securely across your Apple devices using Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure. Your data is encrypted by Apple and resides in your private iCloud container. Winly developers do not have access to your private iCloud data.
3. Analytics and Tracking
Winly does not track your individual behavior, sell your personal data, or use invasive third-party ad frameworks.

- No cross-app tracking or data broker sharing
- No mandatory user registration or account creation
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
All financial transactions and subscriptions (such as Winly Pro) are processed directly by Apple via the App Store. Winly does not collect or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
5. Children's Privacy
Winly does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Because Winly stores data locally and does not collect personal identity information, it is safe for users of all ages (App Store Rating 4+).
6. Data Control and Deletion
You are in complete control of your data. You can delete individual goals or clear all app data at any time by uninstalling the application from your device or removing data via your iOS Settings app under Storage & iCloud.
