2. Description of Service
Winly is a goal progress and micro-win tracking application designed for personal use on iOS devices. The App provides tools to organize goals across time horizons and celebrate daily progress.
3. Subscriptions & Winly Pro
Winly offers an optional paid subscription ("Winly Pro") which grants access to premium features including unlimited goals, custom widgets, advanced analytics, and custom themes.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iOS App Store account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, visual interfaces, logos, and graphics associated with Winly are owned exclusively by Winly and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Winly makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, data loss prevention, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
